Nurtureme is an AI-powered recruiting and workforce management platform that helps employers source candidates, automate outreach, and manage hiring operations. The Platform involves two primary groups of users:

Employers: Businesses that use the Platform to manage recruiting campaigns, source candidates, track applicants, and administer hiring and workforce management operations.

Candidates: Individuals sourced or referred through the Platform for job opportunities and who may receive recruiting communications through the Platform.

In many cases, Nurtureme processes Candidate information on behalf of the Employer. Employers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions to provide Candidate information to the Platform and to communicate with Candidates, including obtaining any required consents under applicable messaging, marketing, and privacy laws.

Personal information may be collected by this Platform in many ways. This information includes:

Personal Information: Identifiable information such as your name, address, email, phone number, age, gender, job title, and other personal data.

Server Data: Information related to the IP address you used to access our platform, including your browser, operating system, access time, and app activity.

Financial Data: Payment-related details associated with platform fees and subscription payments. Note that Nurtureme does not store financial information for transactions; instead, it is securely sent to our third-party payment processor. Mobile Device Data: Data like your device ID, model, and location when accessing Nurtureme via your browser or device.

Usage and Activity Information: Login activity, feature usage, recruiting activity, and actions taken within the Platform, automatically generated when you interact with the Platform.

Directly From You: We collect Personal Information that you provide to us directly when you create an account, configure platform settings, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

SMS & Messaging Communications

Growth 2 Success LLC DBA Nurtureme may collect and use phone numbers to send SMS and MMS messages, including but not limited to demo confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, no-show follow-ups, service updates, and marketing and promotional communications including special offers and promotional content. By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or other authorized channels, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Nurtureme.

Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@nurtureme.ai. Opt-out requests are honored immediately, though you may continue to receive legally required or transactional messages where applicable.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

While your information remains secure with Nurtureme, the following situations may require us to share the data we collect:

"Do Not Track" Policy
